It's a topic that I was quite scared to talk about for a long time
As a lot of you know, a lot of you might not know, I'm a huge advocate for mental health
And I wrote this song in Palm Springs, produced by Fikayo
I was like locked away at this little writing camp for three days
And it's about, it's just an honest telling of my experience with body dysmorphia and eating disorders and things I've dealt with my whole life that I was too scared to talk about for a long time
So putting this song out has been a really freeing experience for me
And I hope it can help some people
